Large kitchen/dining room with flagstone flooring, Inglenook fireplace with multi fuel stove, perfect to return home to after a days walking. Other features include original shutters, window seat, built in plate racks, ceiling ham hooks and clothes pulley.  There is a large pine table with seating for 6 people. The galley kitchen area has craftsman built oak units, butler sink, 4 ring ceramic hob and an electric oven and microwave as well as a full range of cooking equipment/utensils.  

 

  

 

Lounge

Multi paned window giving views to the Lakeland fells with original shutters and window seat, oak flooring, open fire with decorative cast iron surround giving cosy accommodation with TV/DVD.

   

 

 

 

 

 

Snug

Views to fells, window seat and original shutters, oak flooring and cast iron fireplace. The snug has a 2 seater sofa,  TV/DVD,  CD player and  a selection of games and books for both children and adults. 

 

 

 

 

 

Utility Room

Small utility room with fridge freezer, washer dryer and area to hang coats and store boots.

The stairs lead from the kitchen/dining room to the first floor landing.
